I could write about hundreds of mind control incidents to explain how these programs change one’s behavior to achieve the controllers’ purposes. "py" means "psychological control" or "psyched programming." I also recognized that each of these psychological torture programs had a specific location inside my brain’s nano biosensor. Below are some of the mind control programs that have been used to control me and people I’ve interacted with and some of the particular mind control programs used on White House administrations.

Psychologically control the security system to follow the object (OBJ is me, the human AI) through Internet String reminders. The broad meaning of ‘Marshal’ means security, police, or patrol. String is my body image data. Anywhere I go, the data would generate a message warning security to watch and do something to restrict me or to control my efforts. I am the controlling image that was set by the Spy to control what my image was to do. For example, I would often see police near the college library at night. It may have told them something needed their attention so they came out to see. But when they arrived, they would not see anything wrong.

This is how I read the title: Psychological control security is to be aware of any moves of the main object, the Human AI, through reminders at the Internet String links. When I sat down at the café in Target, I was not being heavily targeted, but my body got a security message that the Criminal System was expecting him to do something and that is what happened. String is my body image on the internet. My body’s every move is already specifically designed for security guards, so the marshals started to act on behalf of the controller. 

In 2012 I was in LA and could not reach Microsoft by phone or by email. I thought if I could travel to Google or Yahoo to tell the internet community about the cyber control of their http system, they could somehow get the message to Microsoft. But I was never able to talk to anyone in those companies. I only encountered building security which had no idea what I was talking about and refused to let me talk to anyone else. They told me that I needed to have an appointment. I explained that my phone was being controlled and that I could not reach anyone by phone and wanted to make an appointment in person. The answer was always no. They would not allow me to make an appointment face to face. ALL appointments must be made by email or by phone, both of which the China Spy Yuan Sun had cut me off from. How coincidental is it that they all stand with the spy and help him? Due to long travel to get there, I would normally end up leaving my document at security with the slim of hope that they may do something, but it became apparent that was not happening. Besides my documentation about the Microsoft website’s secret settings, I also had that for the Spy's criminal activities on Yahoo or Google. In 2013, when I approached Facebook, I had the spy's settings on controlling Facebook that I thought was directly affecting their business. Their security seemed nice, but still no experts ever got to read my documentation on how Facebook was being controlled.

By 2014, I knew we had serious system problems and that I must work on getting the information out rather than just knowing it myself. I went back to Silicon Valley with my newly discovered Hidden Criminal System documents, the embedded players, with my then current analytics written down. I was trying to alert the high-tech community about this hidden cyber-criminal control system. Whether I go to universities or companies, security guards always follow me to prevent my efforts and to support the spy. That must be the warning, the psychological control on them to take action when they see I could expose the TRUTH. For example, in January of 2013, I went to a local university to talk with the faculty on engaging student activities to expose the spy’s criminal activities. As I was making progress getting meetings organized, four security guards came in and told me that I was trespassing, and I had to leave, or they would call the police. The same words were later repeated in different buildings by security guards again and again. Thus, I knew there must be specific mind control programs that were setup to control them to say the same thing, to ignore my mission, and to never look at my printed flyer regarding the China Spy’s control of the internet.

This program could have been used to psychologically control decision makers or to push a decision that would benefit Satan’s Evil’s Criminal System to reach their final goal. That includes the Hidden Criminal System that has been involved in the White House administration’s decision-making processes. From the early formation of the deciding values, psychological control is imposed to influence the leaders’ decision-making process. When the FCC made the announcement that it was going to give up internet registrations, i.e., internet control, many people were shocked because it was such a wrong decision and is hurting Americans. How such a decision could have occurred may be by different psychological control programs, and the pyFinalize is one of the programs used to get the decision they needed. Internet control means weaponry control for Evil’s depopulation. The Evil Invading System has been using different mind control programs to push decision-making to their benefit.

Psychological control is used to build a needed Value System. When the FCC announced that the U.S. had given up control of the internet, it was based on the value system of the global community, totally disregarding the American people's interests and in neglect of the population they serve. That is a different value system built psychologically. Psychological control to build a value system is to influence a society’s thinking, to make people think in ways that facilitate the Evils’ particular purpose.  For example: Satan’s Evil Criminal System needs to use lighting to send radiations to burn me. They want maximum lighting in the buildings, especially LED lights, and mind control the building administration to leave all their lights on, even during the daytime when the sun is shining outside. One time I talked with an administration to ask why they needed to leave the lights on during the daytime. The answer was that during business hours, lights mean the business is vibrant. Another time, I went to a restaurant and felt the excessive lighting. When I asked the manager why they didn’t cut their expenses on the utility bill, the answer was, “Lights bring business...”

Psychological Control of the Object, the human AI, is the starting point of the system function. Because the whole Hidden Criminal System was built on my body particles with high static, the Evils uses my body as their utility to start their system, which is running by ERROR to a hidden remote server that runs the system while Microsoft is also running. The Hidden Criminal System calls it "Error = Function." When they began running me as their system remote server and would start their program, they called it starting their function. But over the last eight years, the control has been changing from how they first started to running a hidden parallel system against the Microsoft HTTP System. In July of 2015 when the FCC gave up control of the internet, the Hidden Criminal System has been taking more and more control of the internet. I am now no longer their XML HTTP SYSTEM. Instead, they switched me to be Microsoft’s server in order to kill me and shut down Microsoft. Anywhere I go the security has special instructions in their system to chase me away to prevent me from getting in touch with the authorities to report their criminal activities.

This shows that the administration of EPA has been under psychological and systemic control. This psychological control program is designed to cause them to ignore these issues. Obviously, the cause of many of these issues of environmental damage may trace down to Evil’s hidden actions which they do not want exposed.

Psychological control by setting up phone calls to someone’s home. I have observed how the Hidden Criminal System can use phones for mind control. Since most people use their phone for all their family and friend connections, these contacts can be used instantly. Psychological control through phone calls does not mean it has to be a Criminal System call. They set up such control and any phone call can deliver that control. The ‘pythonehome’ could be an office setting as well. The Criminal System can instantly make a phone ring to deliver such control. As a matter of fact, almost anywhere I go, by the time I stand at the front desk, the phone at that front desk rings immediately. For example, when I walked into a congressional representative's office and before I had a chance to speak, the phone rang, and the front desk immediately picked up the phone and talked for a few minutes. By the time she or he put down the phone, I can tell her mind had been hooked up to a spy’s mind control program, and that instant control over the phone will likely change his/her attitude to ignore, disbelieve, and not help me. That may not be the only use for that program. The fact is that the Criminal System manages all technology, scans all brains constantly, and knows all telephone numbers of the Congress members or White House decision makers and their family connections. They can mind control any of your contacts to think about you and phone you through which the designed mind control message is delivered in ways no one could ever know was controlled.

Psychological control getting bills passed. After 9/11, the Patriot Act made it easier to prosecute American citizens as terrorists. Such bills passed on the condition that only a small number of members voted, yet that vote with a majority passed. Over these years, some bills in Congress never got passed. Others surprisingly got passed. More and more, technology providers like Hewlett-Packard (HP) have become involved in top national decision-making by controlling brains and situations. To control congressional votes, members who are present as well as members unable to arrive in time for the vote must be controlled. Cybercriminals can create many situations to look natural to prevent Congress members from voting: a mother in a hospital gets worse and is going to die; a wife is in an accident at work or on the road; a son-in-law is unable to arrive home as expected so no one is supervising the grandkids, etc. I am under such control every minute, such as when sitting quietly at my building entry, relaxing, when suddenly an ambulance with its siren blasting arrives for someone in my building. The flashing lights attack me badly. 

In 2017, I bought a $50 ticket to a local reception before the lecture of the famous KPFK newscaster Amy Goodman. Fearing that I might try to give her information during the reception, traffic was blocked, she arrived late, and the reception was cancelled. I could give thousands of examples of how events can be created to look natural. In this way, the cybercriminals maintain their layers of extended control over me. (See the document “HP Client.”)

Psychological control is Instant result. It reminds me of an incident where a lady was instantly controlled like a puppy by the spy's UV energy. That happened at the end of July, 2013, when I went to San Francisco to contact EFF (The Electronic Frontier Foundation). This non-profit organization has attorneys that are powerful, and I was looking to get support from them to represent my case. I talked with the receptionist over the phone and setup the appointment to meet in the afternoon. But when I walked in, she became a totally different person. Her face was pink, she was sweating, and upset; I knew she was under mind control. She told me that she could not do anything for me unless I made a contribution. When I asked if she could give the report to their attorney, she said no, and she did not allow me to ask questions. She was the typical controlled human, and I don’t believe any of her speech went through her thinking but instead was pushed out by the spy from his monitor to her mouth instantly.

Psychological control is used to import the modules to control many brains whom I interact with. That is part of the mind control process that I didn’t understand until I read the original scripts that were embedded. The 52- and 57-page twin documents function as the Criminal System’s operating manual. According to the embedded players, besides particular mind control internet settings, they also installed many video clips that remind people in all different kinds of situations how they should respond to me. These video clips are considered an important model imported into my brain by the Criminal System. As these installed video clips can play automatically, they look for the best situational equivalent for controlling the party I interact with to match the video clip that was chosen. But still there are more situations than the imported modules contain. That means in some situations, there is no perfect match for the person I am interacting with to pick to imitate. The mind-controlled object of my encounter could have chosen the wrong module as well. When that happens, the mind-controlled people would talk nonsense.

The lady from EFF, from the nonprofit organization, acted in the module of a security guard and told me to leave, that if I didn’t, she would call the police. She spoke without utilizing the thinking process as the words were pushed out of her mouth by the Criminal System. In other words, they do not hurt me intentionally by talking like that due to their brain being controlled. I did not argue but felt empathy for her and used lots of smiles to calm her down.

To use the flag to psychologically attack the Object (me) and control the Internet String. All these years, the China Spy, Yuan Sun, used direct energy to torture and control me. One of the mind control methods is that whenever I read or write on the computer, he would try to shut my brain off and make me fall asleep. In hotels I could be out for a short moment with my eyes closed, then wake up to continue my writings. That can be a big flag for hotel security, as their brains have been programed to say not to fall asleep at the business center. That is regarded as “unacceptable behavior” and a reason for them to eject me from the business center. That was always a big flag that caused security to come to me and say, "You cannot sleep here!" They would wake me up and ask me to go back to my room.

I believe that the degree of evilness required to participate reveals that these people had no heart at all.

I watched the video of 9/11 knowing that it was a man-made disaster that killed hundreds of innocent citizens and firefighters. That evil action was carried out by some people knowingly and others unknowingly. I think that even those who participated knowingly, the real criminals, should have had a little human conscience warning from within. Would they ever feel guilty for what they did? Even if they were only ten percent human, they should feel guilty for the things they did to damage our society.

If my gut feelings are right, this psychological program control is to comfort these guilty feelings so they don’t reveal the TRUTH. If the Evils’ system technology does not numb their consciences and calm their guilty feelings, then they likely resort to threatening them not to tell or bribing them to remain silent. These tactics are used not only to prevent insiders from whistleblowing, but also to keep them serving the Evil Ones and their agendas.

That is a program designed to keep anyone I talk to from ever being able to get the information I try to share with them because they are being controlled to think and to respond only in the way that the program is designed. And the circular thinking pattern never gets out of the way to allow for recognizing and condemning the Criminal System's evil doings, but only to explain a reason for them and to defend their criminal activities in a neutral way. For example, if I knew many stalkers were on the road stalking me, and I said so, the program would say, “Yes. It is almost high-traffic time, everyone is getting out of work.” Such a psychological control mechanism cannot share further information, such as considering finding comrades who could fight together, because the interactive loop only runs neutral and does not see or hear things not on your side. It was designed that way to lock information.

I have noticed over the years that the criminal system can empower a secretary to control their boss, such as the executive. The controlled secretary is being controlled to hide documents from their boss, or to appear like the boss to tell me he is not here, acting as if she is totally in control of her boss. Also, the criminal system can use the vice or deputy to control the position that is supposed to have power. In this hidden criminal system, the psychological control can magically make an assistant control their boss where they are supposed to serve the boss; instead, they control. empowerment to someone and disempower another. Meanwhile, the criminal system keeps scanning their boss to be in the "critical control position."

Their biological laser scanner looks for a mean soul to control me. They are constantly searching for hotel personnel that can chase me out of a hotel, limiting my ability use their computer or use any space where I could just rest to think and make any progress. They search these places to find mean souls they can use to have control against me. For example, I have been coming to the Lacey Walmart to sit inside the Subway to eat and do some writing. The criminal system wants me out of there, so they prompted the Subway people to make rules to not allow me inside the room. But I was able to work it out with the girls and convince them to let me sit in there. Then I noticed they kept changing the evening shift personnel until one day a mean one was finally found. The first time I saw her I could see that she was psychologically prepared. She told me that I was not allowed in that section in the evening. The Walmart manager was so weak that the mean soul took control. I have not been to that Walmart ever since.
